West Fest

Every September, CPC does something to join with the community in celebrating West Fest.  With the parade marching right past the church, we are uniquely able to share in space and hospitality.  In 2015, a free offering food stand was set up.  We gave away brats, bars, chips, pop, and water to all who came, many who reciprocated by donating money for Churches United for the Homeless.  Thanks to the generosity of many church members and those of the community, we were able to raise $656 for Churches United for the Homeless.  More importantly, we shared God’s love with more than a couple hundred of our neighbors.
